I've even done it on pixie cuts! It really only puts one "wave" in per lock, but altogether it creates a kind of 1920s-esque look.

I am a big fan of using a flat iron to create waves…although I realize I have no idea what your hair looks like! I’ve done it to help friends with short hair dress up. :)
I have a pixie cut, so its not long enough for waves :( thank you though!!!!
