Today I owned up to my faults. I realized I am self destructive, I am toxic to my own being. I finally asked for help. Finally took the first step to being better. I told my mom everything, including how I cut myself and how I had almost attempted suicide again. The reoccurring thoughts have been eating me alive and I had to say something. Which means to me, my soul doesn't want to die, it wants to live, and it wants to live without feeling the way that I do. It wants to live without me being self destructive and toxic to myself. So I'm gonna get help, I'm gonna make myself a better Person than I am because I don't deserve to feel as shitty as I do every day that I breathe. I don't want be to doing reckless things to ruin other great things in my life, I don't want to live wishing I were dead instead. I don't want to worry about societies expectations for me anymore. I want to live for Sulay. I want to live for my soul. So if anyone knows a good therapist on Long Island please tell me, I really want to finally fight off this disease the right way instead of tackling everything on my own.
