The 30 Days of Yoga Challenge is All Wrapped Up! It has been such an honor to take part in the process and be witness to some amazing transformations! To hear the students stories, sharing not only their goals and dreams, but also their challenges and struggles. To hear all of the life stuff that brought them to this moment, and to be continually reminded of just how connected we all truly are... Each and everytime we step on our mats we set our own personal intention, we open ourselves up, empty out all of that "junk" that's not real, that's weighing us down and we begin to flow with lightness and Grace. When we come together as a group, our individual intentions are supported and upheld by one anothers...Creating an amazing serendipity and holding great energy and power, miracles happen! I believe in the power of intention, community, yoga and when supported by Grace, all that is present is LOVE! May your day be filled with Peace, Love And Rockin Yoga! Day 23 of The 30 Days of Yoga Challenge! If you keep doing what you always do, you will continue to get what you always get... Transformation, Change is not easy... And thank goodness! It usually involves lots of bodily fluids ; )' come on you know what I mean, Blood, Sweat and Tears. We step onto our yoga mats usually wanting to change ourselves, our lives and at the very least our bodies for the better. If you always give up, make excuses, get pissed, judge yourself and/ or stop yourself your probably not going to create and cultivate positive change.
