I don’t have the exact numbers but thanks to my job and what I’ve seen and heard about the Party, its structural violence an threats have been successful after spending millions of dollars in the surveillance system. Not only my neighbors and I, but each and every citizen is being watched at all times. Since nobody comes in or out, we were born here and the surveillance system feels as normal as taking a selfie would be to you.

The Children Spy Organization is another type of surveillance, where children are recruited and trained to serve the Party and being loyal to its rules and ideology. Since children are immature and ignorant in many cases, they’re easily manipulated and therefore, BOG BROTHER has taken advantage of this as a way of converting them into their spies. There are cases where their loyalty to the Party overcomes their love to family. Even if you commit thought crimes in your dreams, children have the right to turn you in.
