Ohhhhhh fav scene from jolly red elf is definitely the end I love when jane is like stumbling and lisbon is holding him up. Like he has an entire conversation with laroche but he needs help walking mhmmmmm. Precious. I also really like that convo with laroche as well. Ohhh and all his scenes with minelli ugh JUST SO TOP TIER

Actually I lied. I realized after typing all of the above that my favorite scene from that episode is Jane sharing during the AA meeting. I love the moment we see the actual shift in him being vulnerable to realizing jj is there bc its like whoa jane was actually opening up for just A SECOND UGHHHH EVERYTHING

• I could in fact talk for days...TRULY DAYS on this subject. But to make it simple yes its absolutely chris long. His vision and artistry in directing some of the most important episodes of the Mentalist is just ahhhhhhhh makes me insane. As for writers the great bruno himself.

• oh I love this. I loce the idea that their first christmas married lisbons still pregnant and its really small and precious and theyre just still so in awe of the fact that theyre going to have a baby and lisbon puts Charlotte's ornaments she made on the tree and yeah its soft and quiet and just them.

• no specific traditions (except for usuallygoing to the movies lol)...but for me I love being around family and the break from everything

With Van Pelt, I love how she loves Jane and how fascinated she is by him. I remember feeling so similar to her when I was in my college days just bright eyed and looking up to ppl

With Cho I just love how done he is with hearing everyones nonsense. Like I relate so much the amount of times I wanted to just tell ppl "you need therapy" is exponential hahah

Rigsby: i relate alot to him wanting to be good and being a bit of a rule follower. He struggles the most i think sometimes to break the rules and I relate to that.

Lisbon: as an eldest daughter who had to much put on her I relate ALOT to lisbon. ALOT

Jane: his grief...its what drew me to the show originally. This person who looks fine and puts on a show but is actually crumbling inside. I felt seen for the first time in my life. I love him so much.

I love the fbi team! Fischer pissed me off at first watch but I fell in love with her in 613. The butterfly wand scene my beloved. Wished we had more of her. I love all the fbi members. Its so hard to completely change the dynamic of your show and I feel like they did a great job. In a perfect world it would've been nice to learn more about them but we were really pressed for time those seasons so alot had to be left to us to fill in

• oh this is a tough one...idk if its necessarily an arc? But I wish we'd have gotten a background ep for vp...I didn't really enjoy the way she was sidelined during her pregnancy s5...thats probably what id change. I understand its all ALOT to juggle amd that its janes sorry but in a perfect world id want more about vp cho and rigsby and lisbon.

This one is more poetic to me but very nothing gold can stay in the sense of jane has this suitcase of death and grief he carries around and then he finally lets lisbon open it with him

(I know the song is more about how if we cant meet in life we'll meet in death but I get to make it what I want 😜)

Everyone knows what secret Santa is but what about secret spirit, well it’s secret Santa but for Halloween cause honestly who doesn’t love Halloween. I do and i would be happy to give someone a gift on Halloween, make it spooky and fun!
