✨ Do they go crazy with Christmas decorations or are they more for a lowkey kinda Christmas?

Drake is kind of somewhere in between. He doesn’t slather his house in Christmas decorations to the point that every inch is covered, but he does make sure that every room in the house is Christmas-y, usually in vintage decor. He also likes to make sure it showcases his collected memorabilia and usually puts santa hats on the cardboard cutouts. If you guessed that his tree was Darkwing Duck themed, you were correct.

📜 : Is your muse on the nice list, or the naughty list?

Drake’s probably on the nice list because he’s got a good heart (even if he’s got a big ego), but this year he definitely thinks he’s on the naughty list because he accidentally ruined his hero’s life.

🦃 : What does their Christmas dinner look like? Is it a huge feast? Something small? Or do they maybe settle for takeout?

            THE VAST MAJORITY of holiday traditions were still a thing of relative novelty to adora ; being raised by an unceremonious ( and altogether overbearing ) woman had left her more or less oblivious to many inexplicable ( and arguably pointless— but incredibly fun ) christmas customs. even so, adora was not naive enough as to misunderstand her current situation. 

        a nervous laugh escaped her, rising above the din of the party. heat flooded her cheeks as she cast one long and fervent glance at the mistletoe hung tauntingly above them, before her gaze leveled on zarina’s face. it was no help that the company with which she found herself trapped beneath the mistletoe  was entirely beautiful— adora could feel anxious sweat prickling under her arms. “ um— i mean, we don’t have to— you don’t have to, i mean, with me— like, it is tradition, or whatever, but— y-you know, it’s whatever. . .” 

      “ WHO-AAH ! ” ADORA FLAILS ; too late— the heel of her boot slides uselessly along the icy blacktop, propelling her backwards. desperately, she tries to throw herself forward, in some hopeless effort at counteracting her own downward momentum. her arms spin stupidly in the air ; at the last second, her fingers find purchase with soft material of flynn’s jacket, and she tightens her grip around his sleeve like a vise. ponytail swinging, she clings to him like her very life depends upon it ( which is to say, entirely too tightly ) using him to regain her own balance.  

       “ ah- ha— . . um. thanks.”

❄️ How does your muse fare in a snowball fight?

nick doesn’t have much upper body strength, so i think it would be fair to say he would lose. he would try his best and has super quick reflexes, and he can handle the cold better than most, but he would likely get his ass beat !

📜 Is your muse on the nice list, or the naughty list?

he may seem like a likely candidate for the naughty list, and he is, but he secretly is on the nice list (although he would disagree). he differs depending on the day but deep down is a good boy.

📝 : Does your muse or their family have any holiday traditions?

no, august sticks to the basic christmas traditions. a big meal, maybe a few classic christmas cartoons (he’s particularly drawn to the peanuts christmas special), and opening gifts. other then that they never stuck to anything out of the ordinary. actually august has spent most christmas’ away from his family.

🌠 : Has your muse ever pulled an all-nighter across Christmas Eve into Christmas Day? Why?

no, when he was a kid santa wasn’t a thing. obviously he knew that he was a child item during christmas but for some reason he never showed up on christmas morning. then he realized it had just been his father never kind enough to spread that kind of magic to his child. 

💸 : Are they generous with gifts? Do they try to get gifts for everybody or the select people they care about?

send  ❄️  for  our  muses  to  be  caught  indoors  due  to  a  snowstorm .

august looked out the window, the frost around the pain was just one sign to how cold it was outside but it was the way the trees blew sideways and the white flecks of snow were coming down so fast everything was starting to look painted outside. “it’s just getting worse out there.” he mumbled. august wasn’t too keen on the idea of having to be on a lock down as advised by the rome pines weather board. 

he moved through the room, feeling bored and on edge just due to the idea of being stuck somewhere. he couldn’t feel the cold but it must have been getting colder since the power shut out because he was just able to catch sight of his breath collecting in the air until it drifted off. he eyed the girl and sighed heavily. there has to be something to do...” he said looking through boxes until he found the jackpot, carrying a box over to zarina and dropping it infront of her. 

it was filled with old board games and cards. “these are at least going to help us past the time, right?”
