Wet skies and a couple of chickens in the fridge had me thinking soup. After 15 mins., sliced the breasts off and out of the “poaching” liquid, leaving the rest to soup-it-up. Seasoned these beauties, slid them into a hot pan of butter to crisp up the skin.
