Secaina Hudson is a natural polymath, she is a songwriter, astute producer and singer. She is a self-taught innovative artist who essentially writes, produces, sings and records all of her music herself. Her abilities are evidenced by her previous releases; ‘I Aint With You – EP, 2015’ & ‘Antipop, 2018’ that garnered a great deal of support. In previously been signed to Capitol Records and having independently released her own EP, Secaina Hudson has demonstrated a working knowledge of the music industry and continues to exhibit a determination to develop and succeed.

The EP 'Kanel' boasts some soulful tracks packed full of chorus hooks, live instrumentation, soul/jazz inspired Rhodes flourishes and cleverly constructed beats and synth arrangements, which utilise both live and electronic samples. All of which showcase Marie’s beautiful vocals and top line writing/arranging, set to an organic yet electronic production from JNTHN STEIN. Hailing from the Roskilde, Denmark (famed for the music festival), Marie has fast become known for an output of beautifully crafted Jazz flavoured RnB. Drawing on influences from Nordic Jazz to WSTRN, her eclectic take on the genre has won her fans across the globe.
