I think the reason I love Dice Company so much is that they aren't perfect. They do drop the ball on so many subjects. But also they are self aware enough to be like: "This is what the CHARACTER thinks, NOT me." Which I think is SO important. Because sometimes in ttrpg's the character and the player think some pretty problematic things.
Also they ARE willing to learn. They ARE willing to admit when they fucked up. And that is so much more important to me than being perfect.
