#stone dance of the chameleon#sdc#sdc fern#sdc blue#wdym SDC month is over already it started just yesterday?#anyway this is post-canon flue… i imagine that he appreciates the world he gets to live in now#in a sense at least#but of course it’s impossible to forget everything you lost#we’ve discussed Fernidian before but they’d make a very interesting parallel in this case (if Osidian had also left)#because Osidian would also be the only person of his culture left (as much as it was evil and inhumane—it’d existed)#Carnelian and Ykorenthe hardly count ofc—the former never having belonged and the latter a child#so there would be the common grief of having lost everyone you’d known/loved and your entire culture#i wonder if post-canon Flue would start a new Ochre tribe or if it’d be too much for him even years later
