Despite how everything had unfolded, Lenora did not like leaving stones unturned; and although the Internet was an endless source of information, the stories and informational wikpedia entries never quite felt complete.

And so she turned to the tried-and-true source she had always relied on: a place of education. 

More specifically, she was fortunate enough to locate a professor who apparently knew a lot about the mysterious country. She made an arrangement to speak with her personally after a couple of emails, and here she was, just outside of the woman’s office.

Any employee -- even if they were part-time -- was a valued treasure to Lenora. Mana had caught on to the whole barista thing pretty quickly, which was absolutely wonderful and a huge help. If not for the fact that she had made it clear she was busy with her studies, the pinkette might have had hopes that she would stick around long enough to become head barista someday.

But ah, no reason to rush things!
