Ah. I woke up today, checked my phone, saw that it was 6 and the sky was kinda dark and logically assumed that I had severely missed my alarm. Damn! I knew I was feeling physically bad yesterday, but 14 hours of sleep, and I'm just as exhausted as when I finally fell asleep? And the whole day was wasted! gone!!
Imagine the earth shattering shock a few hours later when i noticed it was bright at 10pm... that swooping sensation when you expect there to be one more stair but there isn't.
Anyway, I feel awful and terrible, and like my sleep was non restoritive because it was 6am not 6pm and I had only slept 2 hours not 14.
