he VT CORP Electronic Screw Packer Model “VTC-PMT” is a stationary bagging machine and Screw Packer Open Mouth Bag Packing/Filling Machine for packing difficult-flowing powdery bulk materials into open mouth bags with a simultaneous weighing of the bulk material from 05 to 50 Kg. The specially designed screw feeder carries material uniformly & has a very large inlet to prevent arching / bridging normally occurring in the inlet neck portion. It has agitating & conditioning screws on the same shaft to ensure smooth and uniform flow material. The 3-speed controller rotates the screw in 3-speeds-coarse, fine & superfine to ensure very high accuracy in filling.
VTC-PMT is also available in Multi Head Net Weigher option which have two working screws and a single discharge which results in double the output.
