STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF HYDRO-PHYSICOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF RIVER RUPNARAYAN, INDIA | Â UTTAR PRADESH JOURNAL OF ZOOLOGY
The research focuses on the physicochemical features of the Rupnarayan River. PH, DO, BOD, COD, Total Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Temperature, TDS, Phosphate, and Ammonia were measured weekly in the river Rupnarayan from 2019 to 2020. To determine the similarities and relationships between the parameters, principal component analysis, cluster dendrogram, and Pearson Correlation were used. Kolaghat has the highest mean Total Hardness (115.705 mg/l). Chitnan had the highest mean BOD (2.108 mg/l). Two factors had eigenvalues larger than one, according to principal component analysis. Temperature appears to be favourably associated with PH, BOD, and Ammonia, according to the study. Please see the link :- http://mbimph.com/index.php/UPJOZ/article/view/2670
