Pearla & Co. is now officially open, with celebrated Australian chef Scott Bridger welcoming guests into his newest coastal restaurant and bar opposite Leighton Beach. 

Since opening on Wednesday 3rd December 2025, the venue has received an overwhelmingly warm response from the community, with early feedback celebrating its relaxed energy, ingredient-led menu with huge flavour and thoughtful design.

Guests have quickly embraced the restaurant’s emerging hero dishes - including the chargrilled Fremantle octopus, freshly shucked oysters, Exmouth tiger prawns, Charred Rotto Big Eye Tuna and the already famous fougasse bread, along with a rotating selection of coastal small plates, seasonal vegetables and desserts.
