0 [give me crosshairs bean]
How do they have a bean? (Include your headcanons!)After months of dancing around each other they were shoved into a hole together, things happened, and they went at it like petrorabbits. Days later, it is discovered that Drift is carrying, and he smacks Crosshairs for being foolish and merging with him when this is NOT the time to be having hatchlings (even though Crosshairs didnât know that merging would result in a hatchling, the dork).
Would they have one bean or more than one bean? If more, how manyOne hatchling. Drift doesnât want more but, depending on how it goes, they may have more.
Whatâs the beanâs shape? Size?Heâs a decent-sized hatchling, thatâs for sure lol
Is their bean an exceptionally cuddly squishy blob or no?He loves cuddles with his parents! Sometimes heâll even cuddle up with Scorn too if Drift and Crosshairs happen to be nearby too, and he feels comfortable and safe enough.
Does their bean have basic protoform appendages forming yet?He has some small claws, two very distinct protrusions on his back that will one day grow out into proper blades, and they have some developing to do still, but he has a simplified version of Crosshairsâ two-colored goggles. They rest across his brow at much the same level Driftâs crests has, and they slip down frequently.
How much is their bean dependent on them?Heâs an independent little thing when he wants to be, which is frequently. But heâs too small to be allowed out on his own without some kind of supervision. Drift has seriously considered asking Cade to find them a leash.
Who does the bean take after more physically?Drift. Something that Drift unexpectedly loves? Just how much he looks like him, and that others can see that this is his hatchling. But he appreciates the obvious inherited traits from Crosshairs too, and that how, even as minor as they are, it still makes it obvious who the other creator is.
Personality-wise, who is the bean more like?Drift. Though, this heâs a little less enthusiastic about⌠Actually, if he were being honest, it makes him feel guilty.
How does their bean interact with other grown mechs?Heâs slow to trust any mechs that havenât been there with him from the start. Bumblebee, Hound, and the Dinobots are the only mechs he will even allow near him and his creators, and even then he doesnât like it when they try and pick him up. Only his parents and Scorn are allowed to do that, unless he SPECIFICALLY asks for it.
How does their bean interact with other protoforms?Heâs a rough-housing little punk, but heâs very much the stereotypical child thatâs like, if he picks on you, that just means he wants to play with you, he just doesnât know how to engage them. âĽ
What sounds does their bean make? Are they quiet, make low booping, high beepings, or are they a wee lil screecher?Boy can wail. Really fucking loud. Itâs almost like a car alarm that goes off whenever a strange mech tries to get near him or his parents. Alone though, heâll chirp and trill to them in the infantile language of a hatchling, and theyâll trill back. Itâs his preferred way of speaking with them..
How does their bean move about?Quick little shit. Even his âwalkâ is fast. All the more reason for Cade to get them that leash.
Where and how often does their bean like to snooze? He only sleeps when heâs truly burned himself out, and when that happens he likes to sleep in their alt modes. If he finds Crosshairs or Drift and they arenât in their alt modes, heâll yawn and pap his servos on their armor, chirping that heâs tired and needs to be put to sleep for a bit. He especially likes to fall asleep while theyâre driving; the sounds of the road, his creatorâs engine, and the slight motions quickly putting him down. His other favorite place to sleep is between them, claws clinging to one while the other is at his back. âĽ
