Haven Gallery at SCOPE: Miami.

A selection of work from Haven Gallery’s group exhibition on view at SCOPE: Miami at Booth B03 in Miami, Florida for Miami Art Basel and will be on view until December 5th.

The exhibition features new work by artists Kathie Olivas, Joseph Weinreb, Takahiro Imai, Camilla d’Errico, Travis Louie, Mathieu Nozieres, Naoto Hattori, Thomas Ascott and Phillip Singer.

Sometimes I work on random areas of a painting all at once, and other times like in this 'Clover' piece, I start from the left and work my way towards the right. Depends on what I'm trying to achieve in the painting, my mood, or simply wanting to avoid smudging wet paint.

I repeat the left to right cycle several times to achieve the desired details, occasionally focusing more on the elements I hope would pop more. 'Clover' will be a part of the SCOPE Art Show in Miami with Thinkspace Projects (Booth F05), email Thinkspace ([email protected]) for a copy of the collector's preview.
