Apart from the brown bangs with the long hair, the other very distinct thing about Ophelia are her two tattoos. The first one, on the back of her shoulder are three birds flying and it’s something she made her parents get with her when she turned 18. Now she thinks it’s pretty cheesy, but she still loves it. The second one is on her arm and it says "Acta Non Verba," a Latin phrase that means "Deeds Not Words." It’s the way she has always lived her life, what clearly has given her more trouble than anything.

like most people, madison won’t be caught dead without her phone. she’s crazy about instagram and will scroll through tags endlessly. she also uses her phone to help manage the flower shop, from maintaining an app where people can place orders to being able to take payment remotely with a swipe through a square attachment. she’s also recently adapted to a digital todo list. with so much going on, keeping track of pen and paper has become something of a challenge

One of the things that have caused more insecurities in Lizzie’s life, it’s the fact that she wan’t smart on school, causing her to never believe herself enough to get a college education. Reading a book was hard, trying to stay seated for longer periods of times was hard and not follow the fly that suddenly appeared on her classroom was hard. It was something that her parents on edge and that made her count herself as dumb.
This all comes from the point that Lizzie learns how to do things by actually doing them. Her style of learning is kinesthetic and that’s what makes her so good at her job. She is learned with the years of how to do things, how to improve others, and her mind works quickly when she is on a call.
Another aspect where Lizzie is smart, is when it comes to people, but mostly because she puts efforts on learning the details. She gets obsessed with little things, saving them in the corners of her brain for when they are useful and is able to bring them to make her friends and family feel comfortable and heard.
Appearance
Matt tends to dress in things he finds comfortable: slacks, button down shirts, jeans. He loves to experiment with colors and style. He doesn’t shy away from looking ridiculous and feels clothes should be fun and nobody should follow any strict guidelines with them. He does wear reading glasses and is incredibly fit due to the running and hours he puts in at the station’s gym. His hair’s auburn but isn’t as noticeable unless he’s outside and it’s sunny.

DAY 2 APPEARANCE
PIERCINGS/TATTOOS: No piercings. Five small tattoos ( left side of ribs, right forearm, right ankle, back, and the most notable one on his left clavicle “I can think. I can be. I. can create”
SCARS: One that covers most of his back ( from the accident that left him paralyzed) one on the hip, where they took bone to fuze his back. One in his right arm, the one he also broke in the accident.
STYLE: He never wears jeans. He uses bright colored pants: red, mustard, green ... even if it’s really hot he never uses shorts. He is pretty much a neutral colored sweater sort of guy, but since he lives on a beach now, he wears a lot of short sleeved shirts ( with simple colors and patterns) . Wears sneakers most of the time. He has straight brown hair, cut really short in a really styled way. He never covers his face with his hair. Needs glasses but uses contacts most of the time. Always wears a clock on his right wrist and really loves bracelets and rings.
INJURY: Artie is a T6 Complete paraplegic. His upper body is not affected and has really muscular arms and chest, but has some trouble balancing while sitting outside of his chair.
WHEELCHAIR: No armrests or push handles. Accents in red .
