I have lots on my mind so let’s do some bullet points shall we🤪?! • I started the @wholelifechallenge on Saturday and for the next 6 weeks I’ll be scored with my @innatefitnesssb team on keeping 7 healthy habits intact (nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydrate, mobilize, well-being, reflect) ✅. • Stoked/concerned about the lack of wine allowed in this challenge 🤭🙈🍷. Tips/suggestions welcome. • I’ve definitely struggled to find my “healthy groove” this year and it even feels helpful to acknowledge it. Between the fires, starting 2018 on the road and the mudslide, something about THIS Monday in particular feels like a fresh start (yes?!) 💐. • Loving this recipe and inspo from @nikitaandchefs and I thought you might like it too 😋. This may be a late post, but still an important one. Two years ago today, the lives of many were changed. What should have been another day in the office turned out to be a day of tragedy and loss. We now can look to the past and remember all those individuals who we lost and whose lives were forever altered. May we never forget the events of 12/2/15. Life in the office has somewhat retuned to the wY it uaed to be, but we will never let the memory fade away. May we continue to love one another. Tragedies are far too common these days.
