I visited the town of Aki! Named for autumn?
Highlights include: An impressive collection of animal sculptures, the worlds cutest kitchen, and a mushroom rug i would die for. Also, there was a lovely rainbow :)

Oh I’ll be totally fine! Just most likely scarred and I enjoy having scars with stories to tell (like my knitting scar :D )
I was restringing one of my dolls and I’d been having tonnes of trouble getting the hand hook onto the elastic, so I ended up clamping the elastic and taking the hand off the hook to get it on. Only problem was that once I got it on and put the hand back it wouldn’t stay? So I was like, oh no problem, I’ll just hang onto the elastic so I can put the hand on and let it go straight away......
I did not manage to hang onto the elastic.
Instead the elastic snapped back and the hook ripped into my finger. I’m probably lucky that on instinct I twisted away rather than just pulled away otherwise it may have ripped a lot further through my finger than it did. It was super duper painful (and bled a tonne until I remembered to put pressure on it) and I definitely did go into shock a little bit, but now it’s just kinda sore, so I definitely don’t think I did any permanent damage
(my other best doll injury was when I dropped one of my airbrush cleaning tools that is sharp and pointy and it fell point down into my foot. That was also very ouchy, but not a huge amount of blood interestingly. I think maybe because it was so sharp and such a small wound?)
