New sbsk video about Emeka, a person with schizophrenia and autism.
I really enjoyed this one. I found myself relating to Emeka more than I have related to any others with schizophrenia that have been interviewed on this channel. Especially when it comes to his way of speaking and moments of silence. But he has a lot of beautifully worded things to say in this short interview.
I think this is a great example of what it looks like to thrive while schizophrenic. He is aware of how his conditions affect him, and he is actively trying to live his life in the best way for those conditions. This is just such a wholesome and positive video.

20/10 !!!!!!!!!
SBSK deserves more subscribers. I've been watching this channel run by Chris and Alyssa for over 5ish years, and I wholeheartedly believe that they are a shining beacon in this world. Anyways anyways they interview people with all sorts of differences; like physical/mental disabilities and illnesses, and share their stories. SBSK has really helped me develop more understanding and empathy over the years, and I think everyone could benefit from watching an interview or two. The video linked above is just the most recent, but here are some other stories (no particular order).
EEP! That's just four of the MANY interviews on this channel. Again, I highly recommend SBSK to anybody. It's pretty insightful. ANYWAYS, I was literally in the middle of watching the first interview I linked when I decided to make this post, so I'm going to finish that video now.
