After being on DR Tumblr for almost 2 years now, I thought I'd share some comparisons between my first Junko drawing and my most recent Junko drawing. Not the same AU, but they share alot of design elements (Shinigami Junko vs. Magical Girl Junko)
Anyway, the lesson I'm trying to preach is that change is inevitable, but that also means improvement is too.

I wasn't familiar with my art program and was so burnt out from#my art classes#to the point I would finish a drawing and just think “ughh good enough”. It wasn't until I learned what style suited me best#how to use my programs to their fullest potential#saw past my art biases#and actually tried to learn to love what I draw#that I actually#saw progress#so yeah change is inevitable#but so is improvment#scarposts#scarspeaks#art comparison#so please be kind to yourself about your art <33
