This recipe for coffee-infused pork tenderloin combines the rich tastes of coffee, brown sugar, and smoked paprika to make a tasty and unique dish. For coffee lovers who like to try new, bold flavor combinations, this is the perfect coffee.
Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins about 1.5 lbs each. 2 tablespoons finely ground coffee. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: To make a dry rub, put the ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the dry rub mixture out evenly on the pork tenderloins and press it into the meat to make it stick. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. For two to three minutes on each side, sear the pork tenderloins until they get a crust. Put the pork on medium-low heat, cover, and cook for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Take the pork out of the pan and let it rest for five minutes. Then cut it into slices. Serve the pork tenderloin slices that have been soaked in coffee with your favorite sides.
