you can get really really good at one specific thing so when the loop inevitably breaks you'll be a painting master or whatever
good point, though if I was going to become a master painter I’d have to become a master painter whose gimmick is that i paint pictures in under 24 hours

hey!! i just saw your sasuke drawing and i really really like it. you used copics (or some other alcohol based marker), right? if so, i was wondering how you achieved such smooth blending on the clothes? you don’t have to answer if you don’t want to, but i at least want you to know i love your art style + artwork. ty!! 🖤 (: i hope you have a nice day.
OH WOAH FOR ONE THANK YOU A BUNCH!!!! <3 (TT__TT) b also! yeah i use copics! ive used them for a long time so its hard to explain what i do honestly LOL.. alcohol base markers in general let u blend stuff a ton better because you can manipulate the drawing even after it dries. for the most part, as you lay down color, lift up at the end of the stroke.. it kind of tapers off and lays a gradient which then can blend more smoothly into the next color(s). BLEND WHILE ITS WET!! laying down the base color and then going over with the darker one is how i build shading etc. i used to make practice gradients between wildly different colors just to work on trying to make a clean transition between them. messing with whatever medium you use and some varying methods is always productive!..+ngl i could make a short video of how i color if anyone would want that cuz im pretty bad at explaining stuff.. im sorry if i rambled! i hope some of this makes any sense at all or helps you.. i hope you have a nice day too thank you for the ask!! ^^
