Yea of course! this is the video I use for the bleaching process [its a tutorial for how to dye your hair pastel purple, but she explains how to bleach it, and what products to use.]

I use color brilliance Ammonia free bleach powder, and 20 volume developer [my hair is brown ish~ i would suggest you don’t go above 30 volume though, it is even more damaging] Just mix it in a plastic bowl with 1 part of each. 

And I leave the bleach in for about 20 minutes after I have put it in, dont leave it in for any longer than 30 minutes, just to be safe that you don’t burn your hair off. 

Then I wash the bleach out, and wait for my hair to dry again. After my hair is dry and has been bleached, it looks like like a very yellow blonde. You can then do two things, you can mix whatever color dye you are using with conditioner [i have used ion hair dye, their shark blue is the blue that my hair is now] and paint your hair straight over with the color, or you can tone it. [like the person in the video does] 

You can mix 2x as much conditioner as there is color if you need to for ion. I don’t actually know how much it dilutes the color because its what I have always done, but it works. You can also use manic panic. I havn’t used that brand yet but I do hear that it is quite good.
