It gives this fresh beer a scent of tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit, spiced up by American hops. What makes this beer feel like a refreshing trip to the spa is the lack of expected sweetness, taking it from a good "dessert beer" to a good "desert beer". (I actually don't often go to the spa or the desert, so this is a nice alternative) Citrus meets floral meets bitter- a delightful menage a trois best served really cold. Rachel would pair it with a roast chicken wrap.
