Can you imagine this episode if we had been given a slow burn romance between these two. Like the tension itself would've killed us all but the suspense of alex needing to be saved combined with that would've obliterated us. So thanks Supergirl writer ? For letting us have this. I loved the opening with Alex going full DEO on that fire alarm.. because Same. I do wish/hope we get a freaking Sanvers Makeout sesh. I mean we got a whole couch makeout with MonEl and Kara on their FIRST DATE. Whatever, I mean it's not like Alex almost died and Maggie almost lost her, but sure a kiss and a forehead touch was enough after having said "I love you" to each other. Das cool. (Personally would've ripped off Alex's clothes and attacked her with TONS of pecks (a la chicken). But you do you CW) On a small side note: I kinda love Alex's looks to Mon El when he says all the stupid shit he says. Like even Alex can't see this romance going anywhere. In the last scene when he's all like "I knew you'd make it" her look basically says "who the fuck are you?? why are you here? Why are you speaking?" Can someone make a gif of these cause it's important. Alex don't approve.

Literally feels like its Christmas Day. One cause it's fucking cold outside in Chicago. But two, and most important, Were gonna get the Sanvers episode and really the Supergirl episode we've deserved all season long!!!!!!!! Let the exploding ovaries begin!

To thank not only gods but also Kanye for the invention of gifs. Because they allow for sanvers moments to be broken down to small moments where you see how the actors have micro expression when they're in their characters. Like Maggie's eyes lighting up when she realizes the words that are being said or Alex's breath catching when she hears she's loved back. Yeah I live for those tiny moments. Bless up gifs!

Onto tumblr desperately trying to avoid any spoilers... but I ain't no Kim possible. Gods I love you guys, cause damn skills and timing, but also gaahhhhh!!! All I want to do now is watch it.
