Thank you.   11:35 – SAV Care: Hi, I logged into our remote monitoring center and can see one of the audio matrix's offline. I will reset shortly and check back in.   11:45 – SAV Care: I reset the audio matrix remotely and looks like it is back online. Let us know if you are still having issues and we will send one of our technicians over this afternoon. You may need to turn the room off from your smart remote and then turn back on if you aren't seeing an immediate change.   11:50 – Client: They all seem to be working again. Thank you so much!
