You kiddin me? Of course a Sultan has to bop in for a sample of Lynn's beef namesake. I walked in and immediately was taken back in time to when jukeboxes and arcade games dominated the beef parlors of yesteryear, you could see the buttons and joysticks stained with #jamesriverbbqsauce . I met the master and told him how excited I was to try their beef as I drive by everytime I visit their neighbor @bentwaterbrewing . He had that look in his eye as he could see my enthusiasm as I took the tray from his beef laden paws and found myself a booth by the window. Before I took my seat he told me "You'll be back" in a Grecian / English accent. I can only hope it was his Greece's Greatest hits CD displayed proudly in the Jukebox. I unwrapped this tightly packed masterpiece and it was as if the beavers had missed a log causing the dam of Sauce to break through its barrier and spill out onto the paper creating beautiful pools for dipping. The beef was packed well, onion roll toasted to perfection, and the JR was plentiful. Only knock being that it could have been a bit more rare...but the sauce kept things sloppy and was just what a #sauceboss needed. It was a great beef in a great square in a city that is on the rise.
