I probably suffer from social anxiety. Not everyone around me seems to understand how hard some things are for me. So, in order to share about my experience and help some people to feel seen, I wrote this.

You aren't alone, and your experience is valid, you aren't exaggerating if the thought of having to present in front of a class or simply raise your hand to speak in class is making your voice tremble, your legs shake and your cheeks start feeling hot.
