Re-reading Romancing Apoptosis Doll: Sartain in Love, one thing I noticed that I missed the first time around because I originally read one chapter per month rather than binge reading the entire thing in two days is just how many cuddles there actually are in it, and how rare this actually usually is romance stories:

They never actually kiss throughout the the entire duration but it's full of cuddles and almost nothing else features that for whatever reason. Happy Sugar Life by the same artist was also about a very pure-nonsexual love by they still didn't have cuddles like that in it:

Also, Kusari really reminds me of “Satou's Aunt” in a weird way in how warm and sweet yet utterly eerie he is in some way. One can see why everyone is afraid of him while Sartain loves him:
