Like I don’t care about telling people where I get my shit from but every interaction I have is just people talking about clothes 😭 while fashion is a part of the community It’s so annoying when people ask the same questions over n over again. AND THEN WHEN I SAY SECOND HAND SHOPS LIKE DEPOP OR FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE ITS LIKE YOU CAN FEEL THE DISGUST RADIATING OFF OF THEM. I have been trying my HARDEST to find Bram Stoker’s books at my local library because I want to know WHERE the animosity between werewolves and vampires came from if Dracula himself (at least in Bela Lugosi’s movie version) literally turns into a wolf. I WANNA TALK ABT SHIT LIKE THAT or like how do people feel so comfortable walking into abandoned buildings without having the overbearing fear of being kidnapped or something. I’m SOOO tired talking about clothes 😭

Guys, I am a BROKE bitch, I just make it look good. The ONLY thing anyone should be paying good stuff for is probably shoes. I don’t know how to fix old already worn shoes. 50% of the heels I do have were given to me by my mother and I am still trying to figure out how to fix them.

It’s kids like that that makes me want to have children of my own. But then I remember taking care of my nieces and nephews and dreading it lol.

The only bit of attention I look for this way for is for the people that feel like they can’t be alternative and black at the same time, or feel like they have to be black first and alternative after. I am both equally lol. I only hope to inspire the people that feel like they can’t because I remember being told by my ex best friend in elementary school that being alternative wasn’t for me because I was dark skinned. I lowk took that as a challenge because I was already listening to goth music in elementary, my next step was the look. ohhh and yall when I saw her recently she looked sooo surprised seeing me now. Anyways, yes, I do this for the kids that want to experiment and experience the ways of goth and alternative culture.

So far the ogs are my top top favorite bands but I’ll find hidden gems here and there. So far I haven’t found many modern bands with the same eerie ethereal vibes but yah
