Od (pronounced "Owed") is a gibborum, which can be viewed at the furthest right of this picture. They were a worker at a blasting soda factory, where they felt their degree in alchemy wasn't being put to its full use. You know how it gets when everything you've studied for is kind of thrown aside because there are no jobs actually available. Tired of feeling worthless and ready to make a stupid decision to put some excitement in their life, Od attempted to take their talents into the Order of the Darkest Brew, where they felt they'd be more appreciated. They found out not only that said talents were lacking, but that entry into the Order wasn't exactly as easy--or harmless--as they initially thought.

Humiliated by their failure, Od had taken up a sort of self-imposed exile to practice their craft (don't ask what happened to their home after their failure to join in the Order). It was during this exile that Od accidentally found their way onto the Cheeky Venus, a ship with the most unusual crew the gibborum had ever smelled. Pure, foul, and filler flavors all mixed onto one vessel? This was exactly the kind of stupid and risky situation they needed to finally feel some excitement!

Time will tell if it's the best or worst decision Od has ever made. Until then, Od practices their alchemy in the ship's kitchen, having a dozen subjects of varying degrees of willing to test whatever they brew or cook up. The trips the ship takes across the galaxy also gives Od access to quite a few exotic ingredients. They might not be the best cook in the gibborum empire, but they still think they're better at it than the rest of the crew, especially when it comes to "coffee." Hopefully if they get good enough at it, they can have another shot at joining the Order...

Od is accompanied by a young male smau'uul named Issi (pronounced "Izzy"), which acts as their translator and fancies himself an artist, busying himself with his scribblings when not needed. Half-finished drawings can be found all over the Cheeky Venus, leftovers from when the tiny alien gets called to cram himself into some small space to help fix something that the other, larger engineers can't reach, a task he somewhat enjoys so long as there's no sparks or fires.
