mmmmmmmmmm yes and no
it’s kind of in line with my other headcanon about intent but essentially they’re sensitive when the person is touching them with a sexual intent
so like, a random who’s like “wow that shit neat does the skeleton feel like bones” isn’t going to affect him much except to permanently think that person is rude (reader nonwithstanding because idk she’s special or something)
but if he’s having sex or masturbating then the intent is totally different and it feels good to touch them and they can get pretty sensitive
