Went to a great Mexican restaurant called Miti Miti today. I had 2 tacos: a shrimp taco and a coconut shrimp taco. Both delicious!(as you can tell because I had already taken a bite before snapping a picture haha) But my favorite is the coconut shrimp taco. I also had a red sangrita which was awesome, and very strong. Feeling really good right now!

I DID A FUCKIN DRAW
One of the drinks I learned about on my first trip to Mexico back in September was La Bandera, a three-part drink styled after the Mexican flag and consisting of tequila blanco, lime juice, and sangrita, a generously-spiced and seasoned tomato juice, usually with citrus like orange and lime juices. A simpler version of this drink is to sip some tequila or mezcal and alternating with sips of sangrita as I learned in Mexico: The Cookbook, and it has become one of our favorite low-key quasi-cocktails.
More to come on this, but damn I am craving one of these so much right now.
