Heads Up, Seven Up
I was tagged by @peridot-tears to do the "last 7 sentences of your WIP" thing.
The actual last 7 sentences I wrote are in Yunmeng In-Laws Ch. 3, which will be posting on Oct. 31(!!) and I don't wanna spoil, so here are seven from the thing I was working on before that - one of the future chapters of the Big Sibs OT4 that started posting today!
Nie Huaisang watches the way his throat moves as he swallows and lets him think about what sorts of things those might be. It's a long list. Nie Huaisang is confident they can find plenty they'll both enjoy. Jiang Cheng licks his lips and glances back over at Wen Ning. "I thought you didn't- I mean- and what about you?"
Wen Ning smiles again, and this time it's not innocent at all. "Oh, I'm one of the people who likes to watch."
Jiang Cheng is saved from responding by the arrival of their plates, and Nie Huaisang proposes a toast to the infinite wonder of human relationships.
... which is coincidentally a bit with only little sibs, but hey ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
