Bomb (yet affordable) Skin Care RoutineĀ ā”
Whatās up, ladies? Howās it goinā lately? Me? Iām good and have been pretty busy last week but here I am for another post where I will share to you, beautiful human beings, my current skin care routine that is BOMB, mild and *drum rolls* affordable. Yaaaas. Okay, letās start.Ā
1. Cleanser.Ā Alright, still the same. I am using the Celeteque Dermoscience Hydration Facial Wash and as you can see in the picture itās almost empty so Iām gonna need to buy another one. My second bottle. Which means that I love it and itās been working pretty good on me. Remember when I told you on an older post that my face (especially nose area) got dry because of this? Forget about it. Haha. I think my face wasĀ just tryna adjust with the product that time. Plus, I partnered it with a really nice moisturizer so itās all good now and I bet Iāll be sticking with this for a long period of time. Iām feeling it.Ā
Price: 85 pesos
2. Toner. I am using Human Heart Nature Hydrating Face Toner. Its function is moisture boost. I have been using this for 2 weeks already, if I am not mistaken. And I would say as early as now that it is working pretty good because it is really mild and it cleans your face without removing its natural moisture. In fact, it even hydrates your skin which is awesome. You know what, a misconception that Iāve always believed in before was that if you got an oily skin, you donāt need to moisturize anymore because it will just cause pimples. Itās really just lately that Iāve come to realize how important it is to hydrate and moisturize your skin. Itās also kinda crazy that before, Iāve always wanted my face to be, like, matte. But now, I want it looking just fresh and healthy. Anyway, we will still talk about moisturizer, so enough with the blah blah here. Haha. But I know you get my point. Okay, I would say this toner is pretty awesome because it does two things: tone & moisturize.Ā
Price: 99 pesos
3. Moisturizer. Yup, still on it. I am using Human Heart Nature Day and Night Moisturizer. My first post on this blog is about this pair and Iāve promised to give you an update if it worked good on me and the time... is now. And the answer is...yes, itās good. Actually, Iāve always expected it to be good because it doesnāt have any harmful chemicals and it is very mild. Thatās the thing about all natural products, itās safe and just feels good on the skin. I mean, at first, we wonāt notice any drastic difference or changes on the skin BUT it is good in the long run. I couldnāt stress it enough that it is safe. No need to worry about anything. Safe to say that this is probably one of the best moisturizers that I have tried. Love it. Love the smell and the feel right after putting some on my face.
Price: 174 pesos each
4. Exfoliator.Ā I am using St. Ives Apricot Scrub. THE. BEST. EXFOLIATOR. EVER. I mean, this is my holy grail and I know a lot of you guys agreed when I said itās the best. No need for anymore explanation on this. I mean,ya know it already.Ā
Price: 255 pesos
You know guys, I am just a newbie to the skincare world, honestly.Ā I wasnāt really big on skincare. Before, I would just wash my face with soap when I wake up and before I go to sleep and thatās about it. Itās only now that I really do aĀ āroutineā. And itās also just now that I really take taking care of my skin seriously. That is why I really like sharing this journey with you . Itās gonna be a long and slow journey to the dream skin. Please be with me ā”
Note:Ā
Do CTM every day and night. (Cleanse, tone, moisturize)
Exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week.
PS, I am still looking for a good yet affordable Vitamin C serum to complete this skincare routine. Suggestions will be much appreciated. Drop me a message here:Ā (sandybelle-says.com/ask)
