”It was a rhetorical offer.” he stated, a smirk pulling upon his face as he swam over to the edge of the pool, easily leaping out of it and slightly towering over the mage. He was going to feel bad later for wetting her clothes, but she should have seen this coming!“Hold your breath!" was the only warning he gave before strong arms wrapped around her stomach, and he promptly fell back into the water. His back smacked against it, and he knew it was going to be sore later but - it was all in good fun now.
Her smile, which had been a triumphant one, fell from her lips. She didn't like the smirk he was giving her. Instinctively, she took a step back, but it wasn't enough - he'd still managed to get a hold of her. Instead of heading his warning, she let out a shriek. The force of the impact, while mostly broken by him, was enough to shove the water down her throat. When he finally let go of her, she resurfaced, coughing harshly, spitting the water out.
Lesson learned, she thought to herself, when Sting-sama says hold your breath, hold your breath.
Her clothes felt heavy, as if she were wearing a suit of lead. Had she thought things through, she might have put her swimsuit on before attempting such a thing - at least then she could rid herself of her soaked dress. Granted she still could, but she would rather not.
