Samuraitember continus with this Onna-Bugeisha on horseback, swinging her katana. I enjoy drawing horses but they are still pretty new to me. Trying to get the ink a bit lighter, had to water it out a lot and then soak the extra water into a tissue so it's pretty dry.

#samuraitember brawling!
Samuraitember continues. Did these at my desk. Used some cheap but good turkish ink for the lines (it was like 1$ - they said it was technically not ink the first time I got it, when I asked again the next time they said it was - whatever though, it’s really cheap and works well) and some antique tusch for the shading.
Really enjoing this as a warm up for inktober. It’s nice to get into the habbit of doing some type of art consistently every day. I’ve been pretty prolific for the last couple of months but not really going in one direction for too long.
Samirai - a combination of the clothing of indigenous Sami people of sweden and a Samurai. Mounting a rein deer. That wraps up #Samuraitember for this year and kicks off #inktober

Sluggurai - done for the 15:th day of #samuraitember! Did some halftones and coloring after the initial ink drawing was done. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of drawing slugs, but hey - maybe. Who knows. It feels like I’m in my wheelhouse / comfort zone when I’m drawing them as I did a couple of them by now.

Some really long arms on that onna-bugeisha warrior, serving her well while performing a Ude gaeshi grapple on some happless samurai. Been doing small drawings these last couple of days but will probably go back to bigger pieces as it’s nice to have some wiggleroom for lines and some space for details.
