How often have we had someone manipulate us the way Samson's wife did him? Be careful and pray for discernment. Everyone does not have your best interest at heart. Read Judges 14 #SamsonChallenge
It is encouraging to see that in spite of Samson’s past, God still answered his prayer. Sometimes we feel like we can’t pray because of our sin, we let guilt keep us from our only way out which is prayer. ‘Perfect behaviour’ was never a condition for prayer. You can pray in any state at any time, as long as you are willing to turn to God again, He will be there ready to receive you. You might pray for forgiveness and not feel forgiven, but are you going to go by your feelings or by God’s word? Believe His word and let your feelings catch up with your belief.
Samson Challenge, Judges16:28-30, 1John1:9
Samson was real with God about his needs. He may have been overdramatic, but I love his realness and the way his personality is conveyed. Of course, we are to communicate with God with the utmost respect, but this passage reminds us that we don’t have to take on a different personality in our relationship or communication with God. If you’re generally bubbly, don’t feel like you have to suppress that when you communicate with God. Or if you are a quiet person, don’t feel like you have to force a ‘loud’ nature because everyone else is doing it.
Samson Challenge, Judges15:18

It is very interesting to see that as Samson was pursuing his purpose (the Philistine woman), he had to defeat a Lion in order to get through to his bride. The Lion could be seen as a symbol of the extra opposition that we face when we approach our purpose or vision. Have you ever been in a position where you are doing God’s work, chasing the vision but find yourself facing so many obstacles? Believe that as long as the work is God-focused, as long as the idea that you are pursuing is a God-idea and not just a good idea, as long as the vision is God-given; He will give you the power to overcome any obstacle, just like He did for Samson.
Samson Challenge, Judges14:1-11
The influence of a woman can be dangerous or lifesaving. When a woman is not under the influence of God, her influence can become a threat. Ladies we have to discipline our ‘influence power’, bring it to the obedience of Christ and use our influence for good.
Samuel Challenge, Judges14:16-17, 1 Samuel 1
When God calls you to do something for Him, He doesn’t look at your human ability, He looks at His ability and your willing heart. Don't put a limit on what God can do based on your current abilities. God doesn't call you because you are 'able'. He calls you because you are available.
