Her trigger event is that on her birthday she got in a car wreck with her mom that lost her an arm, a leg, and her mom. She didn't trigger until the next year when her dad, having become an alcoholic, was out drinking and didnt come back home on her birthday and she collapsed in the house trying to do things by her self.

She has a Master (slash Shaker?) power which involves creating a black dust which she can form into creatures. Never worked out the details/limits of the power but there'd be a limit to how far away they can be, how many she can control, and things like that. She uses the power to make prosthetic limbs when in costume.

Never figured out a cape name I liked but oh well. She's also trans but her family was cool with that and it doesn't come up in the backstory except as added isolation from society for Master trigger.
