Love the "I didn't know!" as their excuse. Verses actually admitting it was shitty. 1.) Strangers on the internet don't owe you their life story or proof of their ethnicity or sexual orientation, especially when YOU are the one blindly attacking them w/o knowing shit about their lives. 2.) To STILL come back with, "well, YOU may not see it - but I'm telling he's abusive," is beyond ridiculous...Especially, when it's THEIR "interpretation," of the text that's not what the writers are portraying.
Yep. I honestly think that was kind of an half-assed apology. They were more preoccupied with excusing their behavior then actually apologizing for upsetting me but at least they tried so it could be worse. And the fact that I have to continuously tell people about my past is honestly exhausting. I shouldn’t have to do it. But that’s the problem with some people. They never take a minute to consider that everyone they encounter has feelings unless they get a wake up call. I think that's just lack of empathy.
