You guys are morons who refuse to see that he had no power on Daxam and has actually changed. Not to mention that he is constantly praising and respecting Kara. We're not blind to the man he was but we're also not blind to the man he has become. You guys all are incapable of seeing the bigger picture but that's your problem, not ours.
yeah, he didn’t have much power on daxam, but he will have. the thing is, he chose not to use that opportunity, so daxam is going to stay a planet with slavery for much longer thanks to this selfish asshole.
every single karamel shipper is either a) an abuse and slavery apologist, b) a girl who thinks she doesn’t deserve better than this trash or thinks this is the norm because society told her so, or c) both. i only feel sorry for b).
i think you are the one who’s incapable of seeing the bigger picture here. you only choose to see that mon el made kara breakfast (which should not be praised the way you guys do because hello? it’s breakfast. it’s necessary to survive and not some ~romantic gesture~), and not all the disgusting things he did and said as pictured in the gifset.
i do see that mon el can be a decent guy sometimes, but his good moments don’t make up for all the times he’s a useless misogynistic piece of garbage who chooses sex over the opportunity to free thousands of slaves. making breakfast once doesn’t make up for that.
