Hello Wazz! I was just wondering what time of the day you usually workout. I'm getting back into it as well and was wondering what you would recommend? I can't decide whether to do it in the evening or in the morning.
Just sort of depends what your schedule is like! I usually do it in the evenings cuz I work during the day! On days I don’t go to the gym I run, so I wait til dusk so the sun doesn’t burn me to death lolol I also don’t like waking up early so all in all I workout in the afternoon/evening But I’ve heard good things about working out in the morning also! Maybe try both and see which you prefer?
