That said using it on Lando over a few races, when Lando himself is still closing in on Oscar shows that they know that if it's on skill alone that they are skeptical of Max being able tk beat him.

With how the Mclarens are slowly dropping off in performance and Max making a comeback over the last five races, even Red Bull themselves recognize the main threat for the WDC and it isn’t Oscar.

Even with a damaged car, Lando still managed to put it in the front row and even match Max’s race pace while still fighting with Charles for P2. No matter how many times these people and the haters shit on and put down Lando as a driver, he will always be a threat to them and they’re more than aware of it.

There’s one thing Lando will always above Oscar and it’s his ability to push a car to its limits. We’ve seen the difference those two had with a damaged car and only one of them managed to put it in a fighting position and the other was 22 seconds behind.
