finally got caught up with campaign four and OH MY GOD okay juliens shadow being thiazi? MATTS ACTING WHEN HE FOUND OUT??? perfection. wick having to kill that women and then proceeding to say he is going to get revenge and kill primus with his own knife??? PEAK azune and bolaire?? occtis and wick’s conversation was so funny (‘how are birthdays?’ ‘huh,i didnt have one?’ ‘wait what what about half birthdays celbrations?’ ‘… i dont know if youve realize but i was like abused…’) not direct quotes but like that conversation had no right being as funny whole also incredibly interesting into a character interaction we havent got much at all.
also also THAISHA AND VAELUS okay like aabria and ashley are lowk giving the hints??? i mught be crazy but that goodbye between the two of them was SO full of tension. vealus thanking thaisha for everything she taught her, thaisha apologizing for being mean in the beginning and saying she will greatly miss her. the long tight hug??? also not alex being like occtis just like averts his eyes IM OBSESSED their both such complex dynamic and sort of foils to eachother in a way especially at the beginning I LOVE THEM
also bolaire’s whole moments with him turning to thimble being lole give me orders now. i was thiazis he lownes me to you at times hes gone so now you own me. i love this campaign giving so many different version and experiences of characters who are dehumanized whether in the fact they may not physically be human or just how to think of themselves either way I EAT IT UP EVERYTIME bolaire has got to be my favourite character of talesin’s
i also adore his and azune relationship sm, i dont know what it is but its something and its SO GOOD like i cant even decide if it a ship or what but its amazing. his asking azune how to pronounce his name, azune leaning in whispering “do you like secrets bolaire.” and not telling anyone else telling bolaire the correct way to say his name. THEN bolaire asking azune to wear him and go back to his house with him to prepare to leave and azune immediately agreeing omg i live it. because of the build up and small moments like when bolaire revealed to everyone he was the mask rather then the person and azune held bolaires mask caressing the tear streaks and calling bolaire beautiful??
LAST THING the theater performance the moment when the actor telling pointing ‘look, look.” in the play representing to look at the gods towering over them and brennan s beginning by saying and the audience slowly turns think oh yeah that was were the god was but now its gone. turning and seeing the flags of the sundered houses, the light of the via aurora of the credesent creed. the powerful houses who rule over the people. CHILLS i probably didnt explain that well but like go watch it again omg i loved it
