Seis Manos is an animated action property developed by Powerhouse Animation Studios, Inc.

Excited to be able to share some of the work I did on this amazing trailer!  Written by Alvaro Rodriguez with music and sound engineering by Carl Thiel and Brad Engleking respectively.  It’s an action “Mexicanime” where three heroes use their unique martial arts styles to battle the drug cartels.

The main shot I got to work on involved this grim, pressure-point destroying, dude.   

Rough keys and scribble pass by my good friend and director Sam Deats. 

I in-betweened Sam’s animation, paying attention to keep the volumes and anatomy on point.  I had a lot of fun adding flow and overlap to the hair and cape, and attempting to really push the severity of his attacks, most notably the claw marks left on one of the poor goons ribs.
