#sam starter

the plot: your characters are jealous of each other because they both want Sam. Sam, of course, has a solution...

"Ladies! Ladies!" Sam cried, holding up his hand to get them to stop screeching at each other. "Look, I'm flattered," he added, putting that same hand on his chest in a show of modesty that wasn't at all convincing. "But obviously the only way to handle this situation is for you to share."

"Please can I bring Ellie inside the café with me? I promise she is well behaved and you won't hear or see from her." Sam said as he held the leash of his dog tightly in his right hand. His brown eyes looked hopeful at the waitress, hoping she would allow them to come inside.

Sam eyed the other woman from a across the room with a smirk on her lips. Everyone was talking about how she had just gone through a bad break up, yet came to the party alone anyhow. It seemed like such a shame to see her pretty face look so sad. Naturally Sam only wanted to help.

Sam had only recently launched her tech start up and already had several big investors lined up.  It was time to expand and get an assistant to help manage her schedule and take care of trivial tasks so she could focus on more important things.  Of course, what would be the point of hiring someone who wasn’t cute and totally obedient?

Sam picked up a book from the shelf and grumbled into his cell phone. "You stab it in the heart."

"What?" came the garbled voice of his brother.

"Stab it. The heart." Sam looked around, trying to keep his voice down and out of anyone else's attention. Not that that was easy when his brother had bad phone reception.

"Sammy, I can barely hear you."

"I said, you stab it in the heart!" Sam said. The librarian shushed him, and he nodded silently. "Okay. Are you guys cool? Can I have a normal life for five minutes now?"

"There's no such thing as normal for us, Sammy," Dean replied, and then he hung up.

Sam shook his head. "Yeah, whatever." He grabbed another book from the shelf while putting his phone in his pocket. He turned around, intending to head to a table to start his homework, but ran straight into someone. He stepped back, smiling sheepishly. "Sorry. I, uh... didn't see you."
