Bruh I need everyone seeing this to press play on this one, because holy shit I'd never heard of this band/singer/songwriter before (his name is Sam Cieri and he's in a band called Nicotine Dolls), and his music is some of the most highly polished and somehow still raw musical depiction of mental health struggles that I have ever heard in my life. His voice is so, so unique and expansive, this song is literally just his musical explanation of what his panic attacks and chronic anxiety are like for him to experience, and oh god when he throws his head back and wails near the end, like.
