•Sal has always been a gentle soul
• He was quite sensitive as a child
• He’s always had a slight feminine side to him but it started to show as he got older
• Sal always had a closer relationship with his mother as a child. Don’t get me wrong he loved both his parents very much but the prescence of his father in his life had always been scarce due to his work
• It’s probably because of this that Sals personality reflects more of his mother’s than his father’s.
• Sals femininity is linked with his mother’s death. After she passed away he started growing out his hair and painting his nails despite what people would say to him
•It probably served as a bit of a coping mechanism similar to why he was given Gizmo
•He first wore a skirt when he was 14. He got it at a thrift store for $4
• His Dad has never said or done anything against this. Although this is mostly due to the distant relationship he and Sal share
•People often assume he’s gay because he’s so effimate
•Sal doesn’t identify as a girl he just doesn’t give a shit about gender roles
• He doesn’t think much of it whenever he wears feminine clothing or puts his hair in pigtails. He does it cause he wants to PERIODT
